I'm pretty sure 3&4 are oil because those turbos off the 2.2 chryslers were mounted with the flange facing the motor on the back side. That would point one of those fitting straight up, and the other down to the ground.

I am using that same exact turbo on my b7, power doesnt fall off for me and I rev it to about 6500, in that pic, 1&2 are coolant, it doesnt matter which one is in/out. 3 is your oil inlet, and 4 is the drain, if you take 30 seconds and think about it its pretty easy to figure out.

i used to swear up and down that mine held power to redline, then i swapped to a t3 and relized just how much harder it pulled past 6000-6500
but, the te04h snails are cheap, and work just fine. its still going to be a fun setup either way.
