Default Talon turbo

I have a friend who has an old turbo from a 91 Talon, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for the water lines. We're trying to figure out where would be the best place to locate them. Also what type of manifold should I use for a 96 JDM B18C?

Does anyone know if the injectors from that Talon would work on my motor?

Thanks for your time
Trevor

the water lines, you can use the factory banjo fittings if you want, otherwise you may have to try to find a metric brass fiting to fit it correctly. (with a barb)

I use 5/16 fuel line for coolant lines, 8 feet total, (4 for each side)

that turbo is a bit on the small side for a gsr.. and nobody is gonna have a manifold setup for that..

I used a T3 that was supposed to have water cooling, but I didn't even hook them up. Car was great for 8 months, the turbo's still fine!

Thanks for your help

But where do I hook up those lines, do I need to go drill into the block, or do I just hook them up to the radiator.

In the Honda Tuning Magazine they used a HF manifold from a CRX. Would that one work on my B18C, or will it choke it.

HF manifold is D-series and wont work on your App,

the coolant lines are really easy..

Just cut one of your lines off your intake manifold in half, and run one to one side of the turbo, and the otherone to the backside of the turbo (to make a complete loop)

very simple
