ok, heres my problem. when i get to 4th gear during a race the car just doesnt seem to accelerate enemoe. i could see my boost gauge reading 9lbs, tach hangin at 5k and not gain any speed. once i let go of the throttle my water temp goes to 3/4 of the gauge past normal. this sucks, i feel like a standing object on the road everybody just passin by me and this only happens during racing session. when i drive it normal and just gun it on 4th gear, the car really moves quick the tach doesnt hang at all it goes all the way to redline. i have no idea wats wrong. does eneyone knows wats goin on with my car? Your input is greatly appreciated...thanx

smic (mounted where the stock resonator was)

so your exhaust exits the turbo to atmosphere?

no downpipe, as in turbo not connected to my cat.

so are you saying your exhaust exits your turbo and is flowing out to your engine compartment...probably getting sucked back into your intake. not only is that air really hot but it hardly has any oxygen. id hook up my exhaust up if i were you. cant sound too good either.
