Here's the deal. Ive got a brand new garret t4 turbo. Ceramic Bearing, Ext. Wastegate

.69 turbine
.60 compressor

i dont have the trim level on it...and i have looked everywhere on the net so ive done my research. I want full boost around 4200 rpms with 10psi. Its not a big t4... its kinda small compared to other t4's ive seen. Its going on a b20 engine. So what do you all think

but it would help if ur head was vtec

were only running 10psi...im more worried about spool up time yanno....cause i really dont want to have to deal with something that wont make boost til like 5000 rpms....anyone ever do this before...yeah id like a vtec head but yanno prices on vtec head setups are getting outrageous here locally...ppl want like 800 bux for a head w/intake.....nutz i tell ya...but oh well...prolly around christmas ill do the headswap...but for now its just going to be boost only..

if it was ball bearing, it would be ok, otherwise, lag monster

 

Just go ahead and give it a try.. you already have it... may lag like crazy but it will pull like a bitch up top..

 

the good news is if it doesnt spool you dont have to worry about sleeves cracking. id still run a b18b myself if i were to turbo my car
