Then who's gonna straigten the shaft and balance the turbo?? That's the most important thing.

i've been referred to a local machine shop. and being as i work at a car dealer i get the hookup at most other shops. i'll prob just charge it to my work account anyways

Good move!
Be present when they balance it. Make sure both the turbine and the compressor are balanced to less than 1 gr/cm on the unbalance scale.
I have seen a local diesel shop around here who consider 2 gr/cm as a well balanced CHRA. (They are wrong)
