T3/T04B vs. T3/T04E

What's the difference between T3/T04E and T3/T04B? Is the T04E bigger and larger than the T04B? How's the spool up?

the E housing is physically bigger, but it is what is insed that counts as far as spool up goes.. they can hold the same compressors and turbines (pretty much)
