That's a good combo. You just need to send it to a reputable turbo shop and have them put it together and dynamic balance it for you. If you try to do it yourself it's about 99.9% chance it'll fail right away or hang on for a couple weeks and fail soon after. If you buy those parts new you're not going to get them for the $80 or whatever you got your junkyard diesel turbo off Ebay for haha. Last I checked genuine Garrett turbine wheels were a shade under $200 at the cheapest place and a genuine turbine housing will be in the $1500-$200 range. A shop is going to add a little bit on it too. Look to spend at least $400 to have your t3/t04b made. You can buy one already done for about $100-$150 more so you could save yourself the wait and trouble and just buy one.

Turbine wheels are expensive. So you're going to put it together yourself? Good luck with that. I know people claim it can be done, but the failure rate is insane. 150k rpm+ pwns you!
