You guys are ******** because if you searched you are probably going to find a bunch of conflicting BS answers from people who don't have a clue. Kind of like everyone's answer in this thread minus crx2fast.

Fitting that turbo with the internal WG is like trying to fit a T4 turbine in the engine bay and keeping AC. Good luck with that. It adds like 2-3". I'd suggest buying a CDM cast manifold, CDM wastegate, and throw the internal WG on ebay. That way you won't have any clearance issues.

Go look in the for sale sections of HMT, Turbo D16, Honda Tech etc. People will post if their manifolds are A/C compatible because it is a good selling point. This will give you are good idea of what you will be looking for.

You can go super simple log and mount the flange far to one side, I think that might be the easiest way to do it. Also be sure the manifold lets the turbo hang as close to straight down, this will help with the clearance in front.

Logs, you can get them in cast iron or stainless steel. Avoid mild steel at all costs. My personal preference is stainless steel dependent on the welding skills of the manufacturer.

On a side note. Grow a pair and ditch ------- A/C, seriously. Boost > A/C
