I think its T3 350hp max, maybe 375hp.

Looks to be a V-trim compressor as well. They're a 54.2mm inducer and good for about 48 lbs/min and just shy of 500hp.

My next Q is should i keep the .48 exhaust that came on it or should i change it to .63 exhaust that i have on my T04E. What do you Nog's Think?

I'm guessing this goes on a honda. Not sure what your setup is, or how common it is to run a Vtrim compressor on them. I've seen a few reports of fairly severe compressor surge with some 4g63 guys on V trim compressors. Some bad enough to cause the turbo to not last too long. Not sure if it applies to your app, just an FYI.
