It's a shame people don't actually test data in a remotely proper manner so that we can actually make a statement like "the proof is in the pudding". First and foremost, changing two variables at once is a big no no so already your test is null and void. Second of all, without proper datalogging and testing environment, this test isn't really proving anything. Lastly, it is necessary to be able to repeat an experiment over and over to prove its validity so even if your information is valid, it's hard to take seriously without seeing similar results from a number of vehicles.

As for these products. They are MADE AND ASSEMBLED in CHINA. They were ENGINEERED in AMERICA. It says it right on the box.

Really.. what kind of boost controller was your brother's car running? It's possible a cheapo one or even a dirty one (if that's possible?) can fluctuate a psi or two. ----, boost creep could add more power. Are you sure it was corrected with the swap?

only the wg was swapped first then the bov so dont assume nothing and as far a info logging of the data produced that was done as well as for the other q from torgan fm

he was running a hks dual stage electronic boost controller and boost creep only makes momentary hp

Interesting.. what would be the cause then? A leaking HKS race bov?

possible but unlikely we are lead to believe it has some thing to do with the tial wg leaking at high boost settings and opening to late

But why would a leaking WG or one that opens too late take away from your peak horsepower? When you're pushing a certain psi don't you want it to open... so why does it matter if it leaks? It doesn't make sense to me. I can see a leaky WG causing slow spool or something, but not lower peak HP.

ok think about this if it opens late it would create a boost spike ie creep if it leaks then full boost would never be reached ie less psi =less power
