ok, im about to buy a turbo off a late model supra for $100. it looks like a pretty good size. alot than the t25 i had. will this turbo work good on a d16? the motor i may use is a d16a6 block bored .20 over and a sohc ZC head. would this be a good setup? what are my options for turbo manifolds? thanks for any help

 

Saounds like a good deal. St00pra CT26 will get you to 300 whp. No comment on the spool, Minor Threat is going to be trying one on a DOHC ZC, but I don't know of anyone who's done this.

Since either Weir or BMC make a CT26 adapter plate, they might be able to point you towards somebody who knows more about the combo.

No difference between A6 head and SOHC ZC head. Same unit.

The opinion on turbo manifolds is merge collector manifolds > everything else.
