Default Stripped T3 flange bolt holes?

So I stripped my bolt holes on my turbo flange pretty good. I cant really manuever it out good because my turbo is welded to the DP.
The 2 on the left side went in good after I manhandled them. The two on the right go in about two threads before they pop back out. I get the front one to sort of sit in, but I am rolling with out the back right corner in.

Umm whata ***** to do? I leak exhaust pretty good I am assuming, but it's quiter then it was with the crack. The two flanges lay on each other pretty good though. Should I just throw jb weld on the ****** for the ---- of it?

jb weld would just melt right off, take it off and retap it
