when i am in boost the car runs fine but coming out of boost into vaccumm the car after a drive will stall...and sputter and my afr will bounce around inconsitently...could this be from my fuel filter or pump? the car seems to jump forward then stop and jerk again until I apply around 30% throttle back to the motor...then all is fine again? what could be causing this.?

basemap? pig rich is my guess...get it tuned and itll go away

 

Does your car have a MAP or a MAF sensor? If it MAF than you must have the BOV venting to the atmosphere which is causing the car to run rich. The air the MAF accounted for isn't there so the air/fuel ratio is out of wack.
