my ss autochrap broke today for the 3rd time

mine keeps breaking on the wastgate flange, the runner keeps snapping off.

i`ll be sure to re enforce all the welds before using it

That's not true at all, doubling the welds will make it stronger, that doesn't mean that it wouldn't crack somewhere else though. I'm a certified welder so I do know a little about welding

. A lot time's when welding you make multiple passes to strengthen those area's you think might be weak.
