Could you keep AC and PS with the adapter plate? if you can post the turbo fitment with the adapter plate, showing AC and PS, i would really appreciated. i am planning that setup at 92-95 civic.

You can't unless you have a really crazy adapter plate. I haven't heard of anybody running an hf manifold and being able to keep AC either. Your probably better of buying a manifold that was designed to be used with AC installed.

ive heard with the hf manifold, you can make an adapter plate, bolt it from the top, and rotate the turbo then drill the holes on the underside of the plate. that, you can adjust it to your setup for clearance.

It won't work? I guess i gotta spend $3-400 for custom manifold. i was planning to buy one from BmC Racing. one for T3.

not a problem...just get creative. look at my page for ideas. 2000 civic dx coupe, td04L, std manifold, ac and ps, 10-11psi.

what do you mean creative? i can't make the plate myself. You mean rotate the turbo around? what did you do to make the turbo fit in there? will T3 fit also? T3 is little larger than td40.

i used an hf manifold w/ a 14b and i couldnt keep my AC or PS....but if i had used a t25 im positive i could have because of how the compressor housing sits...

sctty, I looked at your site, and i'm impressed, seems like it got a bit cramped up in there though. were there any problems going that route?

just a bunch of scraped knuckles and a little extra time trying to fabricate the plate to turn the turbo 35-40 degrees from the block. oh yeah and a bunch of metal slivers in my skin because my stupid *** didn't think to wear long sleeves and gloves when i was fabricating my plate.
