I actually had that same idea. I think I'll try it on my T3 sometime this weekend. :)

you said your T25 was set at 12 psi stock, i think its more like 8 psi dude, reason DSM's run 12 psi is because they have a electronic boost controller -like device that ups the boost and lowers it depending on the temp. of the engine.

i'm pretty sure it is 12 psi because my wastegate doesn't even budge until between 12-14psi. maybe mine is differant or something.

hes right the electronic solenoid on the dsm's is what raises the boost on them..
there only really about 8-9psi...

have any of you guys tried lengthening the actuator rod. cuttin it in half then putting a thread to actually extend it a bit will give u less quick spool but at the same time it will let you run less boost.

jeff has the link, hes sent it to me once but i can't find it.

actually i ahev heard the t-birds come boosted higher then 6psi but i could be wrong. I actually remeber seeing 10psi on some stat sheet cuold be wrong though.
