OK!
It was not the gasket.
Not the turbo (this turbo rocks, enough lag that I'm not always boosting, but it rips up top - exactly what I wanted)
Not the charge pipes or exhaust
Not the deltagate (tested it with a block-off on the outlet - it wasn't even boosting enough for the gate to open).
And nope, not a vac leak.
I covered the bov with duct tape and went for a spin - spools like a dream.
I crushed the @#%@%@ing thing with a freaking hammer. Works great!

good to hear you fixed that. so when does it start to boost at now? im runing a super60 too and that bitch starts to boost aroun4k and hits full boost around 5k-5500. whenit hits it hits hard as ---- though. i dont even have time to look at my gauges. get a manual boost controller and turn that bitch up to 10psi, youll never go back to 5psi.
