The plugs I used are 3.69 from Jegs, local speed shop only charges $2 each if I buy eight.
Reason being he buys in sets of 8 for the V8 cars, it screws up his stocking, but for the price break, I can't complain.
11.5:1 built B16 running 150 WET shot, he was having issues with melting plugsplugs. Carlin had a set of R5671A-9's from a SR20 motor, I cleaned and gapped them to .030" slapped them in, no more tuning issues.
11.8-12.0 A/F and traction became a issue in 3rd gear now.
We won't talk about the long reach OEM style Champions that tapped the piston tops at 8500-9000 rpms closing the gaps down.

Very interesting indeed. I think I'm going to order some of these tomorrow and see how they fair.
I really wish I could spend a few weekends hanging around you guys, get to see first hand what really goes on.

Lol that's how one of my first d-series attempts looked like...d15 pistons on d16 rods except without that high of a dome. That's bad-*** though, how in the hell do you keep it from kissing the head under higher rpm? Man, talk about putting the combustion in the head where it belongs lol.
