I've actually been told that stock NGK plugs (copper ones) gapped to .030 should sufficient. I'm probably going one step colder just to be safe. :P

goto a honda dealer and they can give you the step colder plugs, stock plugs actually have a longer electrode or some ---- like that, it costed me 12 bux from the dealer for colder plugs.

A dealer should throw in some sucky sucky if they having U wait in the parts dept. while they R running over to Autozone for a $1.99 per plug.
