Default SPA GTS-63 turbocharger
Anyone ever heard of SPA turbos? Are they ching chong ----? The guy gave me this site.. Anyone use anything like this before? I'm hoping its not another made in china company.

I've never heard of the brand, But with that price tag. I wouldn't even give it a secong thought. For that price, you can get yourself a Garrett, Precision, or something that has been proven.
