Is it possible for your spool time to go up over night? Last Saturday I used my car then on Monday, it only starts to boost till 5000 rpms and the psi went down. It would only boost up too 5 psi instead of the 8 psi I have set. Well I thought of a leak but there was none. Also my idle is fucked up! it used to idle at 1000 and know it idles at 500 or lower. I have no idea what it could be. I thought about the boost controller, or the wastegate is jacked up, but I dont know, I need feedback. Thanx

check ur timing to see if it is on or not. u may have jumped a tooth on the belt.

when i did a block swap on my car awhile back i ran it to something very similar. the car wasn't boosting like it was before i touched it and idling low. once i found the problem, being off a few teeth, it came back to life!!

 

Well it does look like the timming was off so I fixed that. But it was still boosting 5 psi, so it ended up being the boost controller. I noticed that 1st gear boost's by 4000 while the other gears it spools by 3200-3500 is this normal? Thanx

 

yeah thats normal. In first gear there isnt as much load on the engine as 2nd and most of all third, so 1st gear will spool a little bit later than other gears.
