are you sure that you can use that turbo for draw through when i was looking into doing that i realised that only a few jy turbos have carbon seals. and if it doesn't than in vaccum you will be sucking oil out of the turbo seals. but i may be wrong its been a while since i looked in turbo carbs

it should be set at 5psi(stock).It has a threaded rod so you can set it as high as 15-16 psi max on that wastegate.I has that same turbo and I had the wastegate set at 12psi. but I never pushed it past 109well only hit 12psi one on accident
