Yeah if it's really a t04b s trim, peak efficiency is within 150hp-250hp and it could be pushed to 350 HP with poor efficiency. THe only way to keep it p trim and get good spoolup on this application would be a turbine a/r around .4 or .5.
but yeah, converting the whole turbine side to a stage 1 .63 Ar would make it into something slightly better than a super60.
