try blowing through a big straw and a little straw then tell me which one has more pressure , its not the motor the motor was just rebuilt and the turbo too....

try it it is a proven fact

i think the problem lies some place else but if everyone wants to concentrate on the line - go for it

where do you think i should look then the motor is rebuilt and the turbo too look i will take the turbo off today and tell you if it is the motor but the compression test id did last week was 185 across the board

Pressure doesnt matter. Its the ammount of oil getting to the turbo. Take both of those straws and connect them to baloons. Which one inflates faster hence more oil.

here it a little info from shortyz

To much oil pressure can creae problems with turbos. It is possible to force oil past the seals that are in perfect condition if oil pressure exceed 65-70psi at the turbo. If your engine has these high of oil pressures a bypass or a restrictor (needle valve) can be used.

Problems of oil pressure over powering the seals are evident in a frequent smoking problem.. anytime oil exceeds the 65-70psi and smoking arises put a needle valve or bypass in.

so i guess i answered my question thanks though

i told you pressure mattered, that's why i said to get an oil PRESSUE gauge, and a needle vavle to LOWER OIL PRESSURE. and no, getting a bigger feed line will not LOWER OIL PRESSURE to the turbo.

yeah, and oil pressure gauge at the sending unit, and a needle valve in line with your feed to lower the amount of oil pressure going to your turbo.
