Default Oil in charge pipes + car smoking

So the other day on the way home from work my car started puffing blue smoke, random mostly. Well I parked the car and have been driving my truck since and pulled my charge pipe off from the throttle body today. Theres ALOT of oil , all the way down as far as i can see in the charge pipes. Turbo seal are shot right? No chance of a piston ring broke blowing oil down my intake right (thats what someone told me and doesnt seem very likely)? Car is still running great......

Thats kinda good though being that my dyno #'s were limited by the turbo, time for a bigger one. I guess when you run a turbo with the wastegate line unattached maxing it out they dont last very long

its cheaper to replace the turbo than to recon the entire start there.

Blue smoke oil burning. My car is running hard but my toqrue curve suggests that i to need a bigger turbo. t3/t4..... havent started the window shopping yet...

You can weld cast to steel, I have done it and so have a lot of others.

all u need is a Hi nickle rod(called a ni rod)
heat the mettel with the torch, weld, rap in a fire blanket and let cool slowly.

I started pulling it apart today to see exactly what was going on. Oil in all my piping down to the turbo and the turbo has almost an inch of shaft play in and out lol Im going to pull the exhaust manifold off and see if my friend has any honda manifolds laying around and see how far off the flanges are (perhaps they can be redrilled to fit mine like the dsms can be for the hyundai 2.0's). Its worth a shot. I still have the problem that even if the flange is cut and welded for a t3 then the head is port and polished and the cast iron manifold is stock size, cutting off flow =-( I'll check out some options and see what can be done, maybe me and my dad can build another manifold I dunno...
