check the return line for kinks. Also you might need a restrictor. But if you have a dash 3 line then you should be cool.

probably the crankcase needs better ventilation, and you need to set it up with a catchcan and put a new pcv valve in, if thats what is causing it, then the pressure in your crankcase is very pissed off at you, and it will only be a matter of time untill the compression numbers start to drop, and your rings are ------- toast....happy boosting...

after you cheked the engine, oil lines and stuff, you can worry about the turbine end piston ring within the turbo. In some cases, the groove it sits in can wear out and you need to install an oversize piston ring or replace the whole shaft.
Is the shaft still tight on that turbo ? a little bit of lateral wobble?

the turbo is brand new so i doubt its that already plus it was doing it when i 1st put it 2 gether i had a prob with the return line and i fixed that and that helped it a lot but it still somkes i have a 4-an feed so i'll try the catch can/breather/pcv etc and see whut happens..
