I was just suggesting since you can alter the rev limit if you do end up going lsvtec.

I had some time today to retest te compression. This time I only used a couple of oil drops. Compression was up to 205psi.

So I guess my rings are bad. I am currently looking at the idea of an LS/VTEC conversion. I am not going to cancel the appointment I had with the dealer for the leakdown test. This way I can see what kind of state my head is in. I am not going to preform the LS/VTEC if my head is bad to. Than I will throw a b16 or b18 in there.

I've got a long way to go before I can boost. Thats for sure!

I am back!!

Just got back from the dealer. Leaktest came out clean. They did a compression test also, but they only test up to 10bar. They advise me to drive the car until it breaks what could be after 200,000miles. They have no reason to believe my motor is really bad.

Well I will follow their advise. I will boost this block until it breaks.

I am already creating a shopping list Let the boosting begin!
