ive been doing research on going the SMC + 450cc dsm injector route, but am a little confused now. to make this work on my b16 (99 si) i would need to buy the smc, the injectors, modify some part of the fuel rail to fit the injectors (not sure about this part, any help?) and buy a resistor box? what kind of resistor box do i need, and where can i get one? thanks.

 

a resistor box from an 88-91 civic will work. the injectors should work on your fuel rail, might have to trim the plugs so they'll plug in.

 

Also grind out the rubber grommet the injector sits in, and thats it.. plug and prey

You can use the resistor box setup from the older civic/tegs' 88-91 (and even the older ones) But you could use inline resistors 10watt 10ohm from radio shack, just hook them up inline on the power wire going to each injector.
