Default Smaller internal wastegate??

I just baught a T3 with a .42/.48 which i'm assumeing came off of a saab or volvo. And i'm going to run an internal wastegate at 7psi. I think the actuator that came with the turbo is set at 12 psi...and I heard that if I try to adjust the boost by threading the rod on the actuator i'll get bad turbo lag. So I need to buy a smaller actuator. Other than ebay, is there other places I can buy a low boost internal wastegate that will fit on the T3??

Thanks

I'd have thought it would be more likely to be set at 8psi, check it with an airline or a foot pump. If you need a new one go to a breakers yard and get one, saab do a lot of low pressure ones

A brand new internal wastegate would probably be 75 bucks

try ebay, hit the junkyards or any local turbo rebuild shops.. because brand new they are going to be expensive.

No, not really. If I did go external i'd have to go with tial, and they are expensive.
