Default Small 16g on a D series

I'm considering throwing one of the small 16g turbos on my y7. How much change would I see from going from my 14b to a 16g?

Advice: Stay w/ the 14b. I had a 16g on my DX - d16y7 (don't know if it was big or small though... off of a mid 90's evo 3 motor)... Lag like a biyatch, but once it took off, it was ill... no comparison to the gay *** T-25 I have now... I didn't get full spool till 3500-4500rpm and had a T-25 chilln so I put it on... also have a 14b, but am too lazy to put it on... btw BlinD, how did that homemade wideband work out?

Depending on boost level you probably wont see that much of a gain, just a tad bit more lag. 16g's are just more effiecent in boost ranges 14~20psi opposed to the stock TD05
