shiet, I made 500 whp on pump gas with stock sleaves. that alone alowed me to run a 10.7 sec 1/4 mile.
pump gas is the ----! but i will probly play it safe with 500whp on race gas...

that was with 114 octane race gas on a closed room engine dyno, no where near everyday track conditions.
It also had an air 2 water IC and the turbo was welded to an A'PEXi header. Not a realistic setup but I was just making a point... It can be done especially if he has money in the bottom end.
