OK, so here is EVERYTHING in a nut shell....
I was putting my fuel pump in, and pinched the 12v wire from the pump, in between the sending unit and the tank.
Now i have a solid CEL, and the fuel pump doesnt prime. Ive tried different Main Relays, and if i give the pump 12v directly, its works. Ive also tried different ecus, and the samething happens.
What do the wires ( main relay ) read on a running set-up when the key is turned to the "on" position?
Im not getting a 12v to the pump with the "on" position.
Help me HMT

Check all the fuses, then check voltage TO the fuses, then to the main relay, then back to the pump. If you tried diff relays & ecu's, and the pump works when fed voltage, that means its somewhere in the wiring between the ecu/fusebox/relay and the pump. FYI there are also big fuses in the enginebay fusebox (which you moved?).
Usually a solid CEL indicated a problem with the chip, if you used one. Try a virgin ecu if you fix the wiring but still get the CEL.
