Personally I wouldn't use rubber, but if you do 1/4, 3/8 or 5/16 all should work fine. It is not that much more to use hard line, copper or steel, even stainless. It's not worth the few bucks to me to have to worry all the time that my rubber hose is going to split or clog up and kill my turbo.

i was told 3/8 was too large and would cause the turbo to smoke...because of too much pressure?

i'll be using steel brake line for now, until i get my braided line in the mail. due to the fact that rubber will expand...even though it is pressure line. i guess its for peice of mind...but not really.

this ---- sucks.

The rubber that is designed for high pressure would be fine.. just keep it off the manifold.. -3an is 3/16 and -4an is 1/4" I'm running -3an braid..

just make sure you don't use std fuel line...you must use FUEL INJECTION hose. there are two different sae ratings for the hoses. std fuel line isn't as high. also try to extend your fitting as far away from the turbo and manifold as possible and wrap it in heat sleave to keep the extra heat off it.
