Kinda hard (meaning I think your lying about doin it) to turbo a car that comes stock supecharged

 

it has been done many many times there is a 03 with a 70mm turbo here in town and i live in a town of like 160k .. besides the point ill agree with you turblow cause that kid has a ranibow avatar ..lol

 

If you want a nice turbo setup, I have a T4 1.00 A/R divided tang turbine housing and a genuine garrett center section for sale.. you could then get a big *** compressor wheel/housing

umm all you have to do is mount the maf after the bov...

 

just dont put a bov at all, compessor flutter sound the best, i ran without a bov yesterday and it sounds deadly, but slowly ruins your turbo

yea you could put the maf in the charge piping, but i heard its a bitch to tune properly, im running a mustang gt 2001 MAF and my bov recirculates from compressor housing right infront of the inlet, and if you recurculate the air make sure you put it at far away from the maf as possible or even put a little 90 into the piping facing away from the maf.

 

damn honda's are so much easier lol. we're going to start ordering all of our parts...we found a used t70 locally for like 200 dollars so we're going to use that

What makes it so much harder? Obviously that kid is probably lying but if you were to do it than just sell the stock charger setup to pay for the turbo, get a 99-01 Cobra intake manifold, serpentine belt setup and now you have a turbo on a killer motor that was built for boost.

Its actually a not that rare to turbo an 03-04 Cobra. Maybe someone else should do some research
