ive ordered the dp flange plate from RRE, waiting on it to get here. the first time i drove it i was in shock.. i drove in vacuum until it got warm.. then i took off in first gear and about 4800rpm it just broke loose spinning tires.. when i hit boost in 2nd gear i blew a pipe off. one other thing i forgot to mention, i had to clock the turbo a little so the exit side of the compressor would not hit the turbo.. and i had to drill a hole in the wastegate actuator bracket to rotate it so it was not at a bad angle.

 

you may end up cutting quite a bit more than me into the bumper support since yours is the 6" core.. it was very much so worth it

 

hey what did u do for the charge piping? u just buy mandrel bends and cut them and use them?

 

jc whitney mandrel bends. i used stealthmode's couplers with the exception of the step-down couplers around the bov

 

damn, that sucks about the clocking, i think im going to just beat the crap out off my cross member until it fits because i have no idea how to even start to rotate it, by the way green do you have aim? id sure like to talk to you somemore . of course if you dont mind

 

clocking it was VERY easy.. loosen 4 bolts, turn it, and tighten them back down. i have aim, my sn is " t" .. im always open to talk as long as i have time.. the entire install is pretty fresh in my mind since i just got done 3 days ago
