so I have been slowly getting turbo parts for my b16 and I found a turbo locally but the guy doesnt know much about it.
Schwitzer Turbo with a t3 flange(that is a pounder of BL)




He said the cold side is 2"

Is that turbo to big for a b16? its at a good price.

 

i dont know but you can see its a twin scroll so you may need to think about that when you make or buy the manifold for it. I know they dont use the same because of the design of the turbo.

 

i believe schwitzer changed to borg warner. these turbos were used on diesel engines. that flange looks to be a t4. measure it and we can tell. either way its too large for your 1600cc engine.

 

guy said it was a t3 flange.

well thats disapointing that its to big haha

 

measure the flange and let us know. ill be able to tell you if its a t3 or t4 flange.
