I wanted to know the same damn thing . . . how do you clock a 14b turbo? Most all the other turbos have bolts, but the 14b does not. i ehard that there is a clip that you need to compress with a set of pliars or something of the nature, pull that out and rotate the compressor housing.

Jeff said take the circle thing off. Turn the turbo on its side. Tap the bottom of the compressor with a hammer. Then itll break loose. Shave the dowel pin down. Clock, then put it back together.

there is a dowel on the exhaust side of a 14b. yes take the ring off (the one with the locknut). buy a good set of snap ring plyiers to get the cold side ring off. and look out that thing nearly owned my face!
