Re: rewelded re-enforced ssac manifold ??
250 whp on a d series isnt done every day. There are some major weak parts in the top end of d series motors that have to be addressed before the 300+whp area can be reached. Aka shitty manifold, weak head,**** size throttle body

SSAC manifolds are OK with a 4-6" long flex pipe at the bottom of your downpipe. Also, in the front the oil pan, put a brace on your Downpipe (takes some weight off mani.
Find a good Tig welder to weld any cracks. The areas around the wastegate flange take the most abuse because of the weight of the external gates. The Runners are fine.

yea I understand what you're saying. I don't have my AC or P/S so that doesn't bother me though. I know the manifolds are POS's but I do believe if you brace them well enough then they should work fine.

Re: rewelded re-enforced ssac manifold ??
I just want to use one of these cuz I am not willing to lose a/c or p/s, and from what I hear, I will lose a/c at least with a hf, or cx vx, or any of those. How many people have seen if ac will fit with these or not?
