Let me ask a retarded question. Is your fan definately blowing in towards the motor when on and the blade is on the right way? I reversed mine inadvertantly on my last car and didnt check it when I installed it. The car ran crazy hot. I corrected it after the first ride out with it and it was perfect.

Your headbolts are stretched...your getting head lift while in boost. That would be my appraisal. Exhaust is slipping into you water jackets/coolant passages. How much boost again?

It didn't see over 17 for long and it was on a smaller t3. It probably was leaking through the hg under boost, so far all night last night i was beating on it it never overheated once.
