what is resonable power for a d16a6 built/turbo for daily driving

 

anywhere from 1 to 1000hp. :P But somewhere around 170-200whp should be the target area I would imagine.

 

5hp max.

Seriously though - It really depends on your car, suspension, drive train, tires...... etc.

170-200 would be pretty good, but if you have a decent drivetrain and some nice sticky tires I don't see why more would be more difficult.
