hey guys

anyone know where to get a decent regrind? no-one makes aftermarket cams for an h23 so i was just gonna get regrinds.
anyone heard of how a regrinds holds up in an h23? when i get a regrind, do i get to specify my lift and duration or what?
would it be possible to get close to the same lift/duration as the stage 3 h22 turbo cams?

I can vouche for the quality of work done at web cams...used to run one of their regrinds in my old-school A20, not to mention the vintage shop I used to work for ran their cams in our old Lotus 7 and Lola mk.8
