Recommended to me ...Manifold Coating
Someone gave me this URL, said they coated their manifold on their talon, and it works well.

You're looking for TurboX on that page, 8oz is about 50 bucks, and I think is enough to do two manifolds (airbrushed or other sprayer method required)
Also, there are some places that do the application for you
