rebuilding a turbo with new seals?

How hard is it to put new seals in a turbo? has anyone done it and can lend some advice or link me to a page with good info on it? thanks.

from what i've heard is that it's easy to rebuild a turbo but you have to get it balanced cause they spin at such a high speed. Getting it balanced perfecltly would be the hard part.
