SmellySOHC : #1 I agree turbo shipping sucks, it involves extra money and car downtime. There's not much I can do about that. Looks like there isn't a good turbo shop in every town.
#2 Despite any issues you had, (it does happen sometimes, unfortunately), you got all the customer care you paid for and I am still there in case of problem.......vouch or not.

 

Get a rebuild kit at turbocity. Send them the wheels and they will balance them for 35 bucks.
