Rate this turbo

Has anyone used em, I'm looking for somthing to make around 350+ hp on a built z6, is it capable?

This one is insanely overpriced, I can get one locally for $100 or so.

Does anyone have any clue as to what kind of power it will support? or the size of the wheels?
