Default Quick question about tial wg flange on SSAC-ish mani.

Hey guys, I've got a manifold that supposedly is an ssac copy made custom by a shop in FL. I know the guy was probably lyin about it, but it was dirt cheap anyways. But who knows, the welds look pretty solid, better than what I typically see from ssac manis.

And I know the flanges for 35mm-38mm are universal, but is it the same exact flange?

Cause when I put my 38mm tial up to the flange, it looks slightly bigger than the flange. Like I'm pretty sure it would bolt up, but it seems like the outlet on the flange is smaller in diameter than the inlet on the wg. I just don't know if it would cause any problems.

What do you guys think? Is the mani worthless?

Just bore out the flange a bit a so it matches up w/ the wastegate hole.
Yes, that makes perfect sense. I'll check that out asap. Thanks.
