is that something i could do my self with just the housing and wheel? or would i have to get it balanced afterwards?

no, you need to send it to someone.

i know blaast has gotten somewhat of a bad name around here, but he put a 60-1 t4 compressor housing on my .60/.63 t3 and it has been badass. he also machined my turbine housing out for a t4 "N" trim turbine wheel. i guess the only t3 part of my turbo is the turbine housing, lol

Just make sure you send it to somebody who's Garrett certified to re-manufacture turbochargers. Somebody who pirates parts out of a pile of blown used turbos and uses Chinese rebuild parts will only build you a questionable product. I definitely wouldn't recommend Blaast. Sure the guy knows specs on components and all of that, but the product of his I've ended up with was miserable.

well, upon further investigation....(getting stoned and looking at it). it looks like the hotside is 2 separate wheels in 2 separate housings......if that makes sense lol. i think a block off plate may be in my near future
now i just gotta find a manifold for an f22b2 with a t4 flange
