Default question about turbo manifolds

do certain manifold keep back a lot of hp because of there design? I have an ssautoshit, and when i get money i want to invest it into a nicer manifold (BmC). will there be a noticable amount of hp increase from the bmc vs. ssautgay?

prolly not, the SSAC mani really isnt a bad design, just thin/cheap ss, so you have to brace it, but I saw a dyno comparison and it had a good 10 whp and torque over a stock DSM manifold(for DSM applications of course), and that was pretty ------ out, nice gain over the curve if i remember...

You'll be surprise how much of a difference it makes in higher HP engines. better flow => more hp. log manifolds cant even touch the equal length manifolds in the higher hp engines.
