I tried boring out my first set of seals, and they were warped with uneven sanding. Then I got smart... bought a THIN $0.78 boxcutter knife, extended out the blade. Take the blade and place it at a 30 degree angle inside the seal. take the knife and rotate it about the inside of the seal w/ slow, light but even pressure. it'll take that lip right off and not warp the seals. you also have more control over how much is removed. You'll see thin layers being removed, similiar to putting an eraser in a pencil sharpener. take less than 5 mins per seal. Follow?

JD, your idea is the best yet. I'll have to try that the next time. My TT injectors came with the right size seals, but he doesn't seel them anymore. I heard that those injectors have failed on people. We'll see

Are you serious, its not hard. Just take your time and sand the bitches down with a dremel. The "take your time" applies here alot because you have to make sure they fit snug on the injector and then within the port.
