168 ----- 180 ------ 180 ------- 185
Everyone at the shop said that was pretty good and to go for it, what do you guys think?

Nope, adjusting the valves wont do it. You need to get a valve regrind kit and tear the whole cylinder head apart. If its a blown HG (just a small tear that causing a lower CC pressure) then once u turbo the motor dont expect the Headgasket to last. This happened to me, and the boost will go into the coolant system and it will overheat.
Personally I woudlnt go for it, but it DEPENDS on how much boost youre running. low psi ok, high psi consider a rebuild or teardown.

if your gasket has a tear in it...you would be burning coolant.
My overflow canister always overflows and squirts all the coolant out when I'm boosting....
This is my 3rd boosted engine and it always did it...my comp is 2 cilinder 190 and the other two 200...Soo it's not the gasket...I checked them after putting the turbo.
It's something honda engines do if they see a lot of load...here all the B16 when you drive them hard and rev them 8K+ they overflow the coolant resevoir....

Re:Pressure Tested my engine today
change the head gaket before boosting it is what i recomend. it could be that the valves aren't closing right and need adjustment, i don't think you need a valve regrind kit. if it was my car, i'd boost it no more than 10psi and if it overheats, then you'd know for sure it's the head gasket, that's if everything else in the cooling system is ok.
